Ed Sheeran also approached the plaintiff Kathryn Townsend Griffin who was the daughter of Ed Townsend who actually co-created the 1973 soul classic with Marvin Gaye and had also testified. They spoke for about 10 minutes and then hugged & smiled at one point.
